@liveconx had done some tremendous work solving customer service problems for the town of Newmarket, Ontario. Building on that success, they saw an opportunity to solve similar problems for other municipalities throughout Canada.
To create this case study, INSTANTEDGE first gathered key insights on the project. We then interviewed the principal contact at the township of Newmarket. The output was a brand-building case study complete with multiple client testimonials.
